She continued, “The therapeutic psilocybin will be administered by train facilitators in a secure location with supervision with controlled dosing and with appropriate therapeutic support for the person who is getting the treatment and that’s completely different so my hope is that the cities and counties that were apprehensive about this will see that 109 was not intended to allow for open sale of entheogenic substances, hallucinogenic natural substances.” …charges include 10 counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance near a school and 10 counts of money laundering… accused of running a magic mushroom business in Portland, known as Shroom house… first appearance in Multnomah County court… Shroom House allegedly sold the magic mushrooms, announcing its grand opening via Twitter in late October [2022].
