“Due to the age of the plants, Watermasters estimate that roughly 1.5 million gallons of water was saved by stopping water use at this time,” JCSO (Jackson County Sheriff’s Office), explained.
“While regulatory agencies investigate permitted cannabis operations, IMET is focusing on the black-market marijuana trade in the Rogue Valley,” the agency said. “IMET is a multi-agency task force funded by a grant from the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission. The task force includes personnel from JCSO (Jackson County Sheriff’s Office), Homeland Security Investigations, OSP, Medford Police Department, and the Jackson County District Attorney’s office.”
