Measure 110 council awards $270M in drug treatment funding to expand Oregon recovery
[In 2020] Measure 110 was passed… by Oregon voters… law is designed to open up more money for treatment while also decriminalizing possession for some small amounts of drugs.
The Measure 110 Drug Treatment & Recovery Act Oversight and Accountability Council (OAC) will distribute the funding to organizations that offer substance use treatment to Oregonians – everything from housing and peer support to harm reduction programs and supported employment.
