…some… urged the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to require clients to agree to share data as a condition of receiving psilocybin.
In its final version of the client bill of rights, the OHA deleted the limitation to personal information and reintroduced the right “to refuse to release any information to third parties”, restoring clients’ ability to control how their information is processed and used, as required by Measure 109’s client confidentiality provisions.
