Voter’s approved [Colorado] Proposition 122. It allows Coloradans to grow and use plants and fungi containing psychedelic substances like psilocybin… “122 gave us the opportunity to use our voice and to share the healing power of mushrooms with others,” says Ashley Ryan. Share is the key word, the new law doesn’t allow anyone to sell psychedelics… people like Ashley can give [the mushrooms] away and charge for related services… “It was important for us that we didn’t totally cut off personal use and sharing…,” said Colorado State Senate President Steve Fenberg… [Colorado allows 12 foot by 12 foot sized spaces for home psilocybe mushroom cultivation after Fenberg’s HB SB 290 was implemented].
