Oklahoma… psilocybin decriminalization bill
The state’s… House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly, 62-30, to pass House Bill 3414… it is also possible that the Senate could make changes to the bill, which would then require the House to vote on it again.
…bill would decriminalize the possession of up to one and a half ounces of psilocybin… those found in possession of psilocybin would only face a $400 fine… second significant provision of the law would authorize Oklahoma institutions to research psilocybin and psilocin as medicines to treat 10 different conditions, including PTSD, depression and addiction.
