Lockdowns… study shows people who use psychedelics were under less stress

Of those who used psychedelics, half said that their past use had a significant positive impact on their ability to cope with lockdowns, while 16 percent said it had a small impact, and 35 percent said it didn’t make a difference. Greater significant impacts were reported among those who used psychedelics regularly than those who used them infrequently.

Users of psychedelics reported spending more time outside and had more access to outdoor spaces. Regular users reported engaging more in music, yoga, pilates, and meditation, while non-users spent more time doing aerobic exercise, watching… news, TV, and movies, and playing videogames.
