[Canadian] psychedelics upstart… moves to gain access to the [Oregon’s voter-led] legal psilocybin market
Field Trip, which listed on the Nasdaq in 2021, has long been clear that it intends to enter Oregon… The move will “position us well to be a leading voice in the state…” …added that the company’s decision… was “made consciously” in a way that fits well with the nature of Oregon’s future psilocybin market.
According to Forbes, Canadian company Field Trip, (Oregon Measure 109 donor) went public through a direct listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange after it completed a reverse takeover of oil and gas company Newton Energy Corporation.
