Commissioners approve ballot measure to restrict psilocybin in rural Deschutes County
Deschutes County is the latest of several Oregon counties that have chosen to ask voters to restrict or allow the drug’s manufacture and use.
Deschutes County is not the only one in Central Oregon that is weighing psilocybin therapy. Crook County officials are drafting an ordinance that would ask voters if they want a permanent ban on psilocybin treatment, and county officials will decide… whether to place the ordinance on the ballot.
