An Act removing psilocybin and psilocyn from the list of substances classified as schedule I controlled substances under Iowa’s uniform controlled substances Act.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa; supported by lobbyist Carl Olsen of Iowans for Medical Marijuana.
