Licensing training centers… setting up the framework… psilocybin program in Oregon… legal sessions are anticipated to cost hundreds or thousands of dollars…
Oregon’s program does not require that a person have a diagnosed condition to access psilocybin, however. Under state rules, anyone 21+ can obtain psilocybin services without a prescription or referral from a health care provider. Still, a person must complete at least one preparation session with someone who is licensed by the state to provide psilocybin.
