…amend state drug laws making non-medical possession of psilocybin a class 2 misdemeanor… reclassification of psilocybin from Schedule I to Schedule III… no one spoke against the bill during public comment.
…including PTSD, end-of-life anxiety and cases of severe depression where past treatments haven’t worked. She said a growing body of research supports these benefits… we’re just trying to make it not illegal for certain people… in the event that you’re caught with these and you meet the criteria, the charges would be essentially dropped… open the possibility of revisiting it later…
